Terms & conditions
Updated October 23, 2026 · Operated by Trivu, El Salvador1. Capacity and branch contracts
One member identity is shared across web cards, Google Wallet, Apple Wallet (when available) and branches. Business has no commercial member cap; automated abuse, spam and disproportionate infrastructure use may be investigated with notice and a proportionate remedy. Paid member limits include a one-time courtesy of 7 days and up to 10% additional members; trials receive no further courtesy. No balances or records are deleted at a quota limit. Branch extras are charged progressively by the ranges confirmed at contracting. Existing contracts retain their saved branch rates until an explicitly confirmed amendment.
2. Trial, changes and recovery offers
The free trial lasts 14 days, starts when an eligible account chooses it, requires no payment card and schedules no automatic charges. At expiry, choose and pay for a plan to continue. Paid subscriptions start only after payment confirmation. Downgrades apply at the next billing period and retain existing data, while restricting new additions above the new capacity. Eligible monthly subscribers may accept a 50% recovery discount on the base plan for three full monthly periods, then renew at the normal base price. Branch charges and taxes are excluded. The offer link expires after 14 days, requires explicit acceptance and is limited to one offer per 365 days. Annual subscriptions are excluded. The confirmation at contracting is authoritative for the offer issued.
3. Closing your business account
Account closure is distinct from cancellation: it cancels the subscription, revokes cards and retains data protected for 90 days for recovery or export requests. Permanent erasure follows an explicit reviewed procedure; financial and audit records may be retained separately for applicable obligations. Closure does not promise automatic restoration of data after irreversible erasure. Contact support for access, export or deletion requests.
4. Service and scope
Trivu provides Trivu, a platform for businesses to manage loyalty programs, members and digital cards. Each business defines and fulfils its rewards. Trivu does not issue money, guarantee sales or fulfil a business's rewards.
5. Accounts and authorized access
You must be legally able to contract and authorized to manage the business. Keep your credentials private, assign appropriate team roles and report suspected misuse. Customers may view their own cards; only authorized business staff may change balances. Superadmin access is reserved for platform operations and audited account management.
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
Features, quotas, trial length and prices shown when subscribing form part of your plan. Taxes or payment conditions must be disclosed at checkout. Upgrades do not authorize an undisclosed charge. You can manage your subscription from Billing; cancellation takes effect as shown in the confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
7. Program rules and customer rewards
The business must publish clear earning, redemption, expiration and reward availability rules and honour applicable customer rights. Balance corrections are recorded in an audit trail. A card's points, stamps or cashback are program benefits subject to the business's rules, not a bank deposit. Removing a program must not evade outstanding legal obligations.
8. Data and acceptable use
The business is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect customer information and send communications, and for responding to customer requests. Do not use Trivu for spam, fraud, unlawful content or unauthorized access. Use only images and trademarks you are entitled to use. Do not put sensitive personal data in card fields.
9. Availability, exports and suspension
Features requiring third-party email, Wallet or payment services depend on their configuration and availability. Demonstration features are labelled. Business administrators can download their data from Settings. Access may be suspended for unpaid or expired subscriptions or misuse. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a specific commercial result; liability and remedies remain subject to applicable mandatory law.
10. Changes and contact
Material changes will be communicated through platform notices or account contact channels. Contact hello@trivuapp.com for service questions or disputes. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
